Microsoft MCSE, VMware certification, PMP, EMP certification

Working knowledge of Estate management & software deployment technologies, including Microsoft Software Center Configuration Manager and Microsoft Application Virtualization
Working knowledge of Active Directory & associated technologies; implementation & management in an enterprise environment
Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure, and Office 365 messaging & collaboration services; their implementation & management in an enterprise environment
Working knowledge of Cyber Security principles & practices, with experience of working in regulated environment
Working knowledge of ITIL service management principles & tools, and their use in an enterprise environment, including ServiceNow & Jira
