Position : Mandarin Recruitment Specialist
Location : Makati City Work Onsite
Salary : P 80,000 - P 90,000 plus allowances (Highly negotiable)

Job Duties :
Be responsible for end to end recruiting Chinese job vacancies primarily, and other nationalities if required : sourcing, create pipelines, conduct initial interviews, shortlist and endorse to hiring managers, extending verbal offers, requesting written offer for candidates
Handle visa documents checks especially for Chinese candidates
Keep candidates warm until they join, coordinate with candidates to complete the onboarding requirements, provide assistance if needed
Managing the hiring manager expectations and providing the hiring updates to hiring manager and TA supervisor / TA Manager
Weekly reporting
Requirements :
Open to all Native Nationalities (Malaysian, Indonesian, Taiwanese, Chinese)
No Filipino
Basic English
Fluent in Mandarin language
Open to undergraduates
At least 6 months - 1 year in recruiting , familiar with sourcing channels for mandarin speakers
Good attitude, willing to learn
Able to work independently and team
