Position Summary :

The Regional COPC Manager interacts with all areas of the Company to include Human Resources, Recruiting, Training, Operations, Quality, and Workforce Management.

Position also interacts directly with the client in matters related to COPC. The Regional COPC Manager is responsible for ensuring organizational readiness and compliance to COPC standards.

Responsible for the implementation and compliance to COPC standards.Remains in close contact with other COPC Coordinators from other regions to create a strong cultivating team that will share ideas and best practices on the path to COPC implementation and certification / re-certification.

Overall Responsibilities :

  • Initiatives, champions and supports COPC implementations and changes
  • Responsible for implementation and change management, guaranteeing compliancy to the standard
  • COPC point of contact for Operations, supporting teams such as, IT, Recruitment, Training, and WFM
  • Provides Client with updates on COPC deployment / certification
  • Supports onboarding new staff specifically on COPC requirements / understanding of the standard
  • Helps sites develop with strong data driven actions
  • Conducts continuous compliancy deployment checks
  • Conducts the annual standard review of the COPC frame work.
  • Conducts process audits
  • Reports to Organization on identified success, delays, challenges and risks
  • Initiates and chairs COPC meetings to ensure all roles are aligned and updated
  • Owns local Table F (COPC performance dashboard)
  • Updates / develops / improves COPC approaches
  • Assists with / coordinates all COPC audits,
  • Drives mitigating gaps identified during audits, creates project plans to close gaps
  • Job Requirements :

  • COPC BPCX / HPMT Certification
  • Participation in and / or prior experience in leading certification of a business or location
  • Quality experience / knowledge
  • DMAIC experience / knowledge
  • Presentation skills
  • Advanced Excel Skills / Knowledge
  • Effective Communication Skills
  • Experience with client interactions
  • Organizational Skills
  • Strong Time Management
  • Ability to analyze data and find root cause
  • Experience developing and implementing new processes and procedures
  • Ability to travel as needed
