Major Duties and Responsibilities :
Direct Services :
Review submitted medical documents / requirements of new and old patrients.
Provide medical assistance for patients : medicines, laboratory, and diagnostic procedures /
Prepare and conduct lectures on health and medical topics and advocate a healthy lifestyle and preventive health care to the community.
Review the clients' overall medical history including medications and treatments.
Properly define and describe patients' symptoms and problems, clarify and verify diagnoses and help establish realistic and attainable prognosis and care.
Participate in the Community Projects of CV.
Ensure provision of needed medical supplies.
Handle CV medical revolving fund and make necessary replenishment of used funds.
Submit monthly medical statistical reports to Bantay Bata.
Accomplish and update medical records of staff using the prescribed form which are confidential and may only be accessed by a third party with the consent of the staff.
Staff Supervision and Monitoring :
Conduct staff consultation, case conferences, and consult the Center Head for plan of action on sensitive matters.
Monitor medical assistance / actions / services provided to patients.
Monitor data encoding in the Medical Data Base and make necessary revisions.
Staff Development :
Recommend / undertake appropriate staff development activities and monitor implementation of Staff Development Plan.
Recommend / undertake organizational development initiatives to promote and strengthen teamwork among the Medical Services Team.
Attend in-house / external training, as required.
Internal / External Relations / Networking :
Maintain existing linkages with the partner hospitals / GOs and NGOs.
Policy / Systems / Administration / Compliance :
Recommend systems / procedures for the improvement of task delivery related to specific areas of responsibility.
Ensure adherence to ABS-CBN Lingkod Kapamilya Foundation, Inc. Vision-Mission-Values and compliance with ALKFI / HRD / BB / CV policies, procedures, and other applicable government regulations.
Ensure the implementation of performance planning, monitoring and evaluation, and personnel development planning in the department.
Other Services :
Attend BB and ALKFI-wide meetings / activities.
Perform other functions as may be directed by the Center Head.
Providing primary care medical care services to children.
Familiarity in Clinical Management and Safety Protocols
Computer Applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
Experience / Educational Attainment :
Bachelor of Science degree in Public Health and other relevant courses
Eligibility : RA 1080 (Physician)
At least one-year experience on providing community / public health service
Administration of health services
Medical cases documentation / records management
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Interpersonal relations skills
Networking / Linkage development
Willing to be assisgned at Norzagaray, Bulacan
Open to part-time consultancy
