â¢ Ensure that companyâs accounting policies and internal controls are in place and are properly implemented.
â¢ Review expenditure, authorize payments, maintain proper documentation and timely payment of intercompany balances, vendors, distributors and employees.
â¢ Monitor, control spending and ensures complete supporting documentation for travel and entertainment expenditures.
Ensure proper books and records exist to fulfill Foreign Corrupt Practice Act requirements.
â¢ Calculate inventory valuation, observe physical counts, ensure warehouse variances are reconciled and prepare management reports.
â¢ Prepares detailed weekly cash forecast submitted to the APAC Treasury Department.
â¢ Handles banking relationship and communication to ensure compliance with BSP for offshore payments to intercompany and vendors.
â¢ Ensure the compliance of the company with BIR, BOC and other local and national government agencies and abide by the corporate ethics.
â¢ Works directly with external tax advisory and compliance to ensure all corporate tax and tax returns are timely and accurately filed and paid.
Graduate of BS Accountancy and must be CPA
with 5 years of cumulative experience in handling finance related functions gained from combination of Auditing firm and Corporate industry
Individual Contributor but will coordinate with different accounting personnel from AP / AR Vendor
Knowledgeable in Oracle
