JOB SUMMARY 1) Workday transactions : My Joining / On-boarding

a. New hire set up on Workday upon trigger from Talent Advisor

b. Obtain joining date from Talent Advisor

c. Move of the new hire to the correct position on system / Create position in appropriate supervisory organisation basis discussion with HRBP

d. Input of disturbance allowance basis HRBP input

e. Data consistency check for candidate-employee info

2) Workday transactions : Moves / Promotions / exits

a. Create position numbers of source and destination

b. Execute transaction on Workday for moves / promotions / exits AND / OR Guide HR Advisors / LMs for the actions needed from their end

c. Delete employee records during No Shows

d. Ownership of data accuracy in all elements, including merit / bonus plans, cost centre, etc. in Workday

e. Manage coordination with 3rd party service provider for relocation cases

3) Workday data management a. Bonus plan and merit plan updates

b. Supervisory organisation creation and tagging

c. EIB uploads for mass data change requests

d. Workday data support for Payroll -Enabling hygiene

e. Data support to the HRBPs and HR Advisors

f. APR data management- Enable right days worked reflection on Workday by coordinating with HR Advisor

g. Perform data hygiene audits and drive corrections of data and employee tagging on Workday

4) My Pay / Benefits

a. Making sure that there is correct Payroll interface between multiple systems (e.g. TRS, T&A) - and flag out errors and reporting it back to PEL

b. Data feed into Payroll system, what is not automatically moved from WD.

c. Owning TRS in terms of data accuracy and validation

d. Prepare utilisation data from the Benefits providers, for Employees and HR

5) Effective intersystem linkages a. Ensure timely integration of JML-Workday

b. Capturing basic stats regarding queries received and how these are resolved.

c. Responsible for creating new knowledge based on cases.

d. Making sure that there is correct Payroll interface between multiple systems (e.g. TRS & Payroll Systems) - and flag out errors and reporting it back to PEL

e. Own all end-to-end systems transactions in case of system and integration issues

6) Data reporting and analytics

a. Share FTE reports / dump with HRBP basis the requested criteria

b. Share employee non-rem dump with internal teams on need basis

d. Share remuneration reports with Reward team / Analytics team

e. Adhere to data privacy and confidentiality clauses while sharing the data / reports

f. Hawkeye reports Payrollg. Severance administration KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field (Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, etc.)
  • Minimum two years’ prior HR work experience preferred; experience in the areas of performance management (calibrations), talent management, and organizational development
  • Proficient in using Workday, Talent Systems, Payroll Systems and OneView technology platforms and systems or system savvy to be trained in these areas
  • Comfortable working in MS Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Access, OneDrive, Outlook, SharePoint etc.); advance proficiency in Excel required
