The Role

As an Executive Assistant, you willbe responsible for performing secretarial and administrative functions for the Department.

How you will contribute

  • Maintain files for the approved minutes and credit proposals.
  • Ensures that all approved accounts are endorsed to the processor and upload in Shared Folders and SharePoint immediately.
  • Prepares BSP Info Sheets for DOSRI accounts for presentation to the Board.
  • Prepares and files / processes purchase requests, liquidations, eSource and Oracle requisitions.
  • Prepares and consolidates monthly report(s), team directory, and any assigned team documentation.
  • Organizes / Arranges internal activities / events in the assigned area
  • Safekeeps and maintains orderly files in accordance with the Bank’s prescribed records management system; ensures confidentiality of reports, documents and information maintained and delivers these quickly upon request for pull-out
  • Prepares the monthly Internet Reimbursement for the Department and submits this on the deadlines set
  • What we’re looking for

  • Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • Must have excellent time management and organization skills especially the ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Good computer skills including basic trouble shooting skills. Knows the right person to talk to when it comes to hardware and software glitches.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
