CGI is currently looking for a Resource Management Analyst

Your future duties and responsibilities :

Job Description

Manage the Resourcing mailbox on a daily basis

Ensure fast turnaround of work and all queries are dealt with

Ensuring all emails received into the Resourcing mailbox are handled within the shift either by responding to the query, journaling the item if just for info, flagging the email for a member of the team to action, updating PSA RM assignment information, etc.

Ensuring that member assignment data on the corporate resourcing application - PSA RM, is maintained for all members within all BUs handled by the US CSG WFM team, this includes assignment details and dates

Managing Service Orders within PSA RM and Project Exchange (Ensemble)

Creates, maintains and updates reports and Procedure Documentations as regularly

Perform ad hoc projects for HR

Actively participate in onshore meetings

Drive innovation for all existing processes

Perform other duties as assigned

Required qualifications to be successful in this role :

Bachelors Degree in any field

Desire to do an Admin role in a busy environment is essential

Excellent oral and written communication skills

The ability and confidence to network across internal teams and clients

Proficiency in MS office especially Excel

Excellent organizational and time management skills

The ability to easily adapt to changes

Ability to create reports and do further data analysis

Proficiency to follow and write process documentation and / or work instructions

Strong attention to detail and the ability to balance multiple priorities
