What you'll be doing
This position is responsible for providing support in the creation of a complete and on-time execution plan of all Sales Activation & Leadership programs, tools and enablers.
The associate is expected to work and aligned execution plans amongst Commercial Transformation, Supply Chain, IT, Field Sales, Channel Enablement, Operations Program Execution and Channel Operations.
This position will also assist in managing and driving results from the Top Seller Retention Program, the Simplified President’s Club for Franchise Dealers and Sales Leaders.
We'd love you to have :
Degree in Management or any business-related course
Minimum 2 years work experience at a supervisor level
Financial and data savviness
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
