Job Description

Completes the entire inspection process by reviewing and validating the decisions and instructions given during the initial inspection and grants final approval of all architectural works being done in the site.

The coordinator provides leadership and technical support to the inspector / s through continuous supervision and follow-through of each tasks being done to achieve the team’s goals.

Minimum Qualification

A graduate of a five-year program in BS Architecture and is a licensed Architect

Three to five years of experience as an Architectural Coordinator exposed to the processes, means and methods of implementing designs

Expert and up-to-date technical knowledge in architecture and commercial awareness

Advanced knowledge in various design software with the ability to efficiently integrate shop drawings based on the original plans

Proven project management skills needed to properly allocate time, resources, and focus on a multi-tasked condition

Strong flexibility and adaptability skills necessary to work in a multidisciplinary team

Good communication skills in both oral and written
