Job Description :

Conduct seller evaluations on their operational maturity and work to improve their performance

Visit seller operations sites (e.g., warehouses) to audit performance and tailor recommendations

Implement warehouse management, inventory management, and operations best practices

Develop KPIs, assessment criteria, and programs to objectively assess seller operations

Segment sellers by various types and identify and develop operations strategies tailored to each type

Develop relationships with key sellers and ensure engagement and adoption of best practices

Communicate regional and local policies through strategies that drive improved seller performance

Serve as a link between Commercial and Operations teams to raise seller concerns as well as potential solutions to address systemic issues that impact multiple sellers

Manage a team of seller education management individuals tasked with seller visits

Requirements :

Degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, Product Management, or relevant disciplines

At least 4-5 years industry experience in operations, trade, import / export, etc.; Experience in a warehouse setting in a supervisory capacity a plus

Self-starter, highly resourceful, hands-on background; Strong problem solving skills with the ability to quickly develop work-arounds and fixes while also maintaining a certain level of standards

Ability to conduct quick analyses to troubleshoot what is needed

Strong people and interpersonal skills across multiple stakeholders (from warehouse staff to leads)

Self-motivated, proactive in learning and able to work under pressure.

Interest to build leadership capabilities and mentor junior members of the team

Ability to speak in Chinese a strong plus; alongside English-speaking skills at a working proficiency
