Job Description :

  • Responsible for visitor management, reservation of conference rooms and mail services
  • Responsible for liaising onsite admin support; housekeeping assistance, messenger services and pull outs and deliveries
  • Has experience in visa processing, flight and hotel bookings
  • Will be tasked to provide support to administrative assistants on BAUs during WFH set-up related but not limited to : COVID-19 case management, safety implementations in the office, asset management (inventory), parking sticker management, and other office management projects
  • Requirements :

  • Graduate of any admin-related course
  • With at least 2 years of experience in front office / administrative roles
  • Has good oral and written English communication skills
  • Has excellent customer service skills
  • Can utilise Google suites applications effectively and efficiently
  • Can work with a fast-paced environment
  • Can easily adapt to work set up changes
  • Can work with minimal supervision
