Process all emails related to product, process and policies and accomplish all reports as required by clientsEnters license information to the system and grants access while adhering to the DTP.
Performs moderately complex clerical, administrative and general office dutiesFollow established policies, procedures and guidelines for work requests, problem resolution and escalating inquiries to business leads.
Enter data into systems and make updates, obtain quotations based on parameters provided by onshore partner while adhering to the guidelines
Basic knowledge on customer serviceAt least 6-12 months in a similar role is an advantageFresh graduates are free to applyPreferably with BPO experience and shifting schedulesAmenable to work in Cebu Business Park, Cebu CityMust be flexible to any schedule required by the business
