Directly interact with customers in the stores to answer their inquiries, and assist their requests
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to place and fulfill customers' orders
Proactively build and maintain relationships with retail customers
Communicate with ease to a socially diverse community to provide genuine and caring service to all customers
Address customer concerns in a personal but professional manner while keeping the company's best interest in mind
Turn relevant and effective projects into operations that help enhance our service to the customers
Has Bachelor’s in Psychology, Education, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or Communications
Must have a strong commitment to being organized, accurate, and meeting deadlines
Must be a critical thinker and proactive problem solver, who cares about people and has passion for excellence
Relates well with different kinds of people, and take on work with high integrity and a positive outlook
