Essential Duties and Responsibilities
You will work with the clients to develop, implement, track and optimize SEO, SEM and email marketing campaigns.
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will plan, develop and execute on digital programs and campaigns including online advertising, website strategy and design, and social media.
You will be tasked to own and maintain site analytics, metrics and campaign reporting as well as collaborate and present your recommendations on improving websites and landing pages to the senior management.
You will be working cross-functionally to align project completion to clients’ and stakeholders’ timescales.
As working with clients and stakeholders can be demanding, you should be flexible, bring grit, critical thinking, and a high level of emotional intelligence, and most importantly show a high level of willingness to learn as well as a willingness to change.

Skills Needed and Experience :
Planning & executing SEO, PPC and display advertising campaigns
Scheduling & reporting on email marketing campaigns
Measure & report performance of all digital campaigns
Identify trends and insights, and optimize our campaigns based on this
Can demonstrate immense understanding of the company’s brand and objectives
Creating monthly progress reports for clients
Review existing sites and providing reports recommendations
Demonstrable experience leading and managing a range of digital marketing campaigns
Experience analysing and improving websites using SEMrush (or similar)Experience setting up & managing Google Ads campaigns
Confidence & ability to run SEO & PPC campaigns alone
Experience within B2B marketing would be advantageousExcellent communication and critical thinking skills focusing on significance, depth, and breadth
Team player, willing to collaborate and seek assistance outside their vertical
At least 2-3 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
Able to work without constant supervision.
Confident communicating to senior stakeholders, including to CXO level.
