The Impact You’ll Make in this Role As a Lean Agile Coach, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.
Here, you will make an impact by : Providing Lean Agile coaching and training to teams at various stages of maturity from new to advancing Supporting end-to-end adoption of Agile behaviors and practices Maintaining leading knowledge of industry Lean Agile frameworks and provide guidance on how, where, and why to adopt relevant practices Guiding teams through practical and pragmatic approaches in the adoption of agile practices that lead to improved outcomes Acting as a trusted advisor and / or mentor for key agile roles including Scrum Master and Product Owner Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications : Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution Two (2) years of experience with Agile in a private, public, government or military environment Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include : Professional Agile / Scrum certifications including, but not limited to CSM, CSPO, SAFe certifications or internal 3M TTS Agile certifications Full understanding and embracing of the Lean Agile mindset and values Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, plus an ability to motivate others to embrace change Experience with Atlassian Jira
