Responsibilities :

  • Interact with business users to understand and document requirements and develop new reports, processes and system updates to fulfill business needs
  • Identify, design, build, test and deploy solutions related to Salesforce and related applications, including custom objects / fields, page layouts / views, workflows / flows / process builder, security (users, profiles, roles), data management and all other aspects of Salesforce administration
  • Troubleshoot, resolve and track Salesforce end-user issues
  • Stay current on new Salesforce features and functionality to ensure compatibility with existing development
  • Provide recommendations for process improvements
  • Project management activities, including working with internal and external project resources
  • Evaluate and implement additional system integrations as needed
  • Qualifications :

  • At least 2 years Salesforce Admin / Support experience
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving scenario
  • Proficiency in Administrative skills such as creating Users, Profiles, Roles, Custom Objects, Custom Fields, Page Layouts, Workflow Rules, Validation Rules, Reports, Dashboards and process builder.
  • Proficient in Salesforce Customer Communities, Lightning Process Builder.
  • Demonstrate organizational skills and detail orientation with ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to work independently and be results driven, and should be familiar with agile driven development
  • Strong Reporting and Dashboards
