  • Manage tasks and calendar for an organization with the team including Trello board
  • Assist in resolving any client-related problems (ex : seeing multiple support inquiries from the same client)
  • Answer calls and emails from customers regarding their inquiries
  • Provide screen share resolutions for clients as needed
  • Manage reports, including expense report, monthly upsells, client retention, client sign-up, client cancelations
  • Provide customer success calls and emails for feedback and reviews (ex : 30 days after sign-up, 3-month reach outcalls, etc.)
  • Timely completion of tasks and assignment of tasks to others based on responsibilities.
  • Provide monthly webinar training for existing clients
  • Responsible for leading a team and delegate tasks to allow for growth and expansion of the team.
