Job Description Job responsibilities : Assist HR officer in filling documents like Billings check emails, encoding all receivables and payables any related to logistic works.

Assisting in administrative duties including : record-keeping, monthly reporting, billing audits, and inventory audits Assisting in HR-related tasks, such as conducting phone interviews, tracking OT / PTO, and new hire onboarding Supporting inventory activities such as updating records, picking up and shipping packages Assisting in office administration such as setting appointments and planning and booking events Qualifications : Bachelor?

s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Office Administration or related courses. With at least two (2) years work related experience in administrative functions.

Knowledgeable in using SAP Business One Keen to details. Honest; High integrity : Good moral character Can work under tight time pressure with minimal supervision Flexible, willing to learn Good interpersonal skills, can work effectively with people at different levels
