You will also be responsible for :

  • Answering incoming calls from customers
  • Resolving customer inquiries / requests
  • Developing and maintaining accurate files
  • Ensuring customer requests are handled in an appropriate and timely manner
  • Utilize various Concentrix and client-based tools and applications for customer management and servicing
  • Provide cutting-edge service in a friendly, confident and knowledgeable mannerBasic Qualifications :
  • At least high school graduate
  • Experience of at least six months in the BPO industry are preferred; applicants without work experience are also welcome to apply
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Working knowledge on computers
  • Good customer service, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
