Job Summary

The Fulfillment Coordinator is responsible for all assigned tasks relating to inventory control, including assisting with inventory tracking within the support center, field operations and performing field audits to ensure inventory accuracy.

Essential Job Duties

  • Ensure incoming product is accurately recorded into the inventory control system
  • Performs daily, end of the month, end of the quarter, cycle, and physical counts of inventory.
  • Assists in developing solutions to specific problem areas.
  • Ensure ongoing inventory accuracy.
  • Ensures compliance with inventory processes and procedures.
  • Procures and sources OE tools, equipment, laptops, and all necessary components for business.
  • Performs cycle counts and adjustments; provides resolution to BOMs to ensure accuracy of the material.
  • Assists with audits and physical inventories, as needed.
  • General support of Fulfillment Manager, Purchaser, Shipping and Receiving, ADAS Rollout and Training.
  • Complete all other projects as assigned by Fulfillment Manager.

  • Perform other duties as required
  • Skills / Requirements

  • 3 Years of Mobile Automotive Repair, tooling, and processes
  • 2 Years of Inventory / Procurement experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must be able effectively research and coordinate on your own
  • High attention to detail
  • Must be able to work independently
  • Proficient in MS Office 365
  • Must have a driver’s license and be able to pass a Background Check and Motor Vehicle Record check
