The SBS Resource Coordinator is responsible for the assignment and tracking of all new sales orders, ensuring the workload is evenly distributed across the Implementation Team, and productivity and quality goals can be met.
The position is responsible for checking order completeness, logging orders in ADP's tracking system, assigning orders to the Implementation Specialists, and following up with
Ensures that client balances are up to-to-date and performs calculations to check for accuracy if balances are submitted at time of sale.
Notes any discrepancies in client folder for the Implementation Specialist (35% of time). Since the position is not client facing, the Resource Analyst is scored by the cumulative quality scores of the implementation team with an expectation of 80% or greater on quality surveys.
Considers multiple factors when assigning workload including volume, order difficulty, associate schedules, etc. Ensures that workload is evenly distributed and that quality and productivity objectives can be met.
Forwards "Reporting Authority Authorization" to the appropriate source. Tracks submissions to ensure that tax records are updated timely.
Verifies updates in TOPS system. Escalates issues to Implementation Team Leader when necessary (45% of time). The Resource Analyst will be measured on the results of the region's Start Dollar & Start Unit plan and Regional CC Productivity results (unite / cc / week).
