The SBS Resource Coordinator is responsible for the assignment and tracking of all new sales orders, ensuring the workload is evenly distributed across the Implementation Team, and productivity and quality goals can be met.

The position is responsible for checking order completeness, logging orders in ADP's tracking system, assigning orders to the Implementation Specialists, and following up with

  • Using knowledge of a complete sales order - including forms, codes, required data, and approvals - reviews incoming sales orders ensuring they meet requirements for order entry and roll call.
  • Ensures that client balances are up to-to-date and performs calculations to check for accuracy if balances are submitted at time of sale.

    Notes any discrepancies in client folder for the Implementation Specialist (35% of time). Since the position is not client facing, the Resource Analyst is scored by the cumulative quality scores of the implementation team with an expectation of 80% or greater on quality surveys.

  • Enters sales order information into tracking system in accordance with published procedures and policies. Creates the client folder and routes the information to the Implementation Specialist.
  • Considers multiple factors when assigning workload including volume, order difficulty, associate schedules, etc. Ensures that workload is evenly distributed and that quality and productivity objectives can be met.

    Forwards "Reporting Authority Authorization" to the appropriate source. Tracks submissions to ensure that tax records are updated timely.

    Verifies updates in TOPS system. Escalates issues to Implementation Team Leader when necessary (45% of time). The Resource Analyst will be measured on the results of the region's Start Dollar & Start Unit plan and Regional CC Productivity results (unite / cc / week).

  • Follows-up on incomplete sales orders, escalating as needed with the Sales Associate (20% of time). The Resource Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring the new client is seamlessly converted into ADP's systems and is head accountable for a first-year client-retention rate of 68% or greater.

  • REQUIREMENTS

  • HS diploma required. Associate's degree in Business or Accounting or related discipline, or equivalent in education and experience, preferred
  • 1-2 years experience in an office environment requiring excellent organizational skills
  • Demonstrated technical knowledge of PCs and PC-related software packages (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
  • Ability to communicate effectively to internal associates verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to accurately enter data into a computer system.
  • Ability to work effectively under the pressure of time constraints.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
  • Ability to follow established processes and procedures.
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment when assigning workload and escalating issues.
  • This individual must exercise sound judgment when assigning workload, considering multiple factors including volume, order difficulty, associate schedules, etc.
