The office in Cebu, Philippines is responsible for medical record processing operations RNs, Medical Technologists, Pharmacists and Collections Agents who work with a wide-range of medical records, creating usable databases and beautiful timelines.
In addition, the Cebu office is a new tech startup office with its own challenges and opportunities ones we feel are best addressed by a strong, local team.
We are looking for a People Operations Partner to join our team and implement various human resources programs.
Your role as an People Operations Partner will be far from one-dimensional. You’ll undertake a wide range of HR tasks, like organizing training, administering employee benefits and leaves and crafting HR policies.
You will use Human Resources Information Systems to ensure all employee records are up-to-date and confidential. And you’ll also act as the main point of contact for employees’ queries on HR-related topics.
The goal is to ensure the People Operations’ activities will be running smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to the organization as a whole.
