  • Good communication skills· Provide onsite support for company projects.· Respond efficiently to client service requests, understand the service need and implement best practice preventive / remedial service.
  • Experienced in IT operation with strong understanding of database structures, theories, principles, and practices· Manage service / change requests until resolution· Ability to combine creative and technical skills to design digital signage content to entertain, educate or inform the target audience.
  • Manage and monitor installed systems and infrastructure. Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems and content management application.
  • Knowledgeable in any platforms like (PHP, JAVA, .NET, PHP etc.)· Skilled in photo editing, graphic software skills, AutoCad knowledge is an advantage.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.· Possess Basic Project Management and Organizational skills.· Have good understanding of customer service principles.
  • Willing to work on flexible schedule depending on business need· Experienced in IT operation with strong understanding of database structures, theories, principles, and practices· Knowledge of reporting and query tools and practices· Excellent analytical and problem-
  • solving capabilities· Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, IT or Multimedia / Graphic Course.

  • Atleast 1-Year working experience in the related field is required for this position.· Preferable 1-4 Years Experienced Employee specialized in IT / Computer software equivalent.
