Assisting the Marketing Manager with Company-wide marketing initiatives. Creating

and coordinating the implementation of an integrated marketing program, including

branding identity, strategic message development, advertising, and public relations.

Typical responsibilities include : participating in planning and implementing

marketing strategies; meeting with departments to provide consultation and to assess

products and programs; and, writing and designing proposals, advertisements, and

internal communication pieces.

Job Description :

Creating and coordinating the implementation of an integrated marketing program,

which includes branding identity, strategic message development, advertising, and

  • public relations;
  • Supervising marketing professionals. Participating in hiring, evaluating, training,

    disciplining, and recommending as necessary.

    Providing marketing support and involving in Company’s current projects, and

    also the Administrative Department, if needed.

    Participating in planning and implementing marketing strategies; meeting with

    departments to provide consultation and to assess products and programs; and,

    writing and designing proposals, advertisements, internal communication pieces,

    and web pages.

    Conferring with department directors, committees, managers, and staff teams to

    provide marketing consultation.

    Assessing products and programs and makes recommendations for profit potential

    via marketing programs.

    Developing related strategies and provides training on how to implement

    strategies.

    Creating written plans for new marketing initiatives, including budget allocation,

    message development, creative direction, target audiences, timelines, and / or other

    related issues.

    Developing and designing proposals, advertisements, internal communication

    pieces, web pages, and / or other related collateral materials and participates and

    oversees the production of such materials by providing direction to applicable

    Qualification :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred;
  • Relevant experience may substitute for the degree requirement on a year-for-year

  • basis;
  • At least 4 years’ experience in managing marketing and communication activities,

  • including one year of supervisory experience;
  • Knowledge in Supervisory principles; Marketing principles and practices; Media

  • relations principles and practices; Public information principles and practices;
  • Budgeting principles and practices; Graphic design, print production, and web

  • publishing principles and practices;
  • Willing to work full time on-site in BGC Taguig

    Work Set-up :

    6 days a week (Mondays to Saturdays)

    Salary Package :

    Basic Salary : Php 40,000.00

    Benefits :

    All Government Mandated Benefits (SSS, PAG-IBI, PhilHealth, BIR)

    Monthly Load Allowance : Php 600.00

    After Probationary :

    Meal & Transportation Allowance : Php 5,000.00

    Performance Bonus (KPI Bonus) : Php 5,000.00

    Commisssion (Depending on Project)
