Position : Japanese Retail Shopping Customer Service

Industry : BPO Company

Location : Malate, Manila

Salary : Up to P 110,000

Work Schedule : Shifting

Work Set-up : ?Temporary work from home

Responsibilities :

Handle English and Japanese phone calls, chats and emails from customers

Attend to inquiries about payment modes via online shopping

Skilled using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) or G Suite (Sheets, Docs and Slides)

Recruitment Process :

a. English Initial Interview

b. Japanese Language Interview

Requirements :

Filipino who can speak Japanese (Level 1 or 2 )

Excellent English communication skills

Preferably with stable internet connection at home

Skilled using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) or G Suite (Sheets, Docs and Slides)
