We are seeking Junior to Mid-level Customer Care Specialist engineers to join our customer care teams. You will be assisting our clients with technical issues, and troubleshooting, as well as providing excellent and friendly general support and advice for our online web applications.


  • Provide friendly support to our customers
  • Troubleshooting and resolving incidents
  • Logging Support calls, emails and live chat
  • Escalating Serious issues
  • Working to resolve on-going / recurring problems
  • Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • University graduate (preferably in IT or a related field)
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Excellent oral and written English skills
  • Excellent listening skills and keen attention to detail
  • Internet Savvy
  • Knowledgeable on email setup using MS Outlook, Thunderbird, Mac Mail, etc.
  • Web hosting knowledge is a plus
  • Excellent Technical Troubleshooting skills
  • Lateral thinker and problem solver
  • Typing speed of 30wpm or more
  • Characteristics

  • Must be self- motivated and able to work in a team
  • Must be punctual and reliable
