Contracts Admin Analyst (Night Shift)
Position Summary :
The Contracts Administration Analyst undertakes all tasks directly related to the contract coordination and contract lifecycle management.
Duties & Responsibilities :
Production (85%) Extracts data from the client’s proprietary databases to prepare contract summaries for approval; During the summary preparation and contract data entry, ensures that the data is accurate by verifying information previously entered by procurement representatives Timely submits the contract summaries for approval Acts as the liaison between the members of the Procurement Department and third party vendors / suppliers to ensure that contracts are properly executed and delivered Ascertains that the terms and conditions of the contracts are correctly reflected in the client’s proprietary databases Determines the correct linear relationship between contracts Undertakes special projects such as contract audits and database remediation efforts for the client Tracks and reports the status of contracts during the execution phase and post-execution Leads special projects as assigned
Reports & Admin (15%)
Client related administrative tasks such as handover reports Attends regular Team meetings and operations meeting and client calls as required Conducts training on the client’s proprietary databases as needed
Education and Experience
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's / College Degree in Business, Law, Legal Management, Political Science or equivalent
At least 1 year of working experience in a similar corporate environment
Required Skills / Abilities
Has strong understanding of Contract Management
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (particularly Excel).
Above average to excellent English communication skills, both in oral and written forms.
Must be amenable to working on night shift schedule
