Job Description


  • Preparing financial statements, reports, memos, invoices letters, and other documents.
  • Conserves executive's time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information;
  • initiating telecommunications.

  • Greeting visitors and deciding if they should be able to meet with executives.
  • Making travel arrangements for executives.
  • Coordinates shuttle service requests and pick up / drop off points
  • Maintains executive's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel Inform other employees of visitors’ arrivals or cancellations
  • Answer the phone in a timely manner and direct calls to the correct offices
  • Check visitors in and direct or escort them to specific destinations
  • Schedule and confirm appointments and maintain event calendars
  • Possibly handling event coordination, both internally and externally
  • Handling queries and complaints via phone, email and general correspondence
  • CEO Personal errands(eg. purchasing gifts for loved ones / family members online)
  • Performing ad-hoc administration duties
  • Minimum Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and planning skills;
  • Good communication and presentation skills;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills;
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or other relevant administrative support experience. At least 1-2 year / s experience is preferred.
  • Demonstrates Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs
  • Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
  • Professional level verbal and written English communications skills.
  • Must be organized and very keen to details
  • Must be willing to work Makati City
