Your day could see you :
â¢ Contacting Managed Service Provider (MSP) prospects and clients to schedule meetings, obtain missing information or answer queries
â¢ Articulate a unique business value of our remote monitoring and management solution
â¢ Salesforce data entry and opportunity tracking assistance
â¢ Contract information submission and verification
â¢ Correlate monthly sales reports
â¢ Communicate important feedback from prospects and customers internally
â¢ Stay up-to-date with new products and features.
A BIT ABOUT YOU
â¢ Proven work experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support agent
â¢ Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
â¢ Understanding of sales performance metrics
â¢ Excellent organizational skills
â¢ Strong verbal and written communication skills
â¢ Strong phone skills with affable personality
â¢ A team player with high level of dedication
â¢ Basic pricing and math skills
â¢ Presentation and pro-active dialing skills
â¢ Previous experience working with SalesForce.com (our CRM and system of record)
â¢ General knowledge of the managed services or IT support industry
â¢ Knowledge of, and experience selling into, a channel versus direct environment
