Objectives of Role :
Lead initiatives to deliver the right product range and right level of reach to the right market segment
Secure and defend existing products from competition thru consistent coverage, value added services and superior customer engagement to win more business
Drive tactical initiatives that sets differentiation from competition in collaboration with Marketing
Responsibility Areas :
Review customer / accounts mapping in assigned territory to bridge the gaps in range and reach.
Drive marketing initiatives with high productivity and in timely manner.
Drive education initiatives to enable brand push at targeted segment stakeholders.
Drive speed-to-market resolution to complaints, issues, and the like to ensure satisfactory level of service to customers.
Provide timely and accurate customer feedback and market intelligence.
Contribute to overall team performance by driving and over-achieving sell-out results.
In depth understanding of the construction business, opportunities and challenges
Bachelor's degree holder or equivalent aptitude
High level of experience in managing accounts thru relationship building and proven positive results
In depth knowledge of the local market dynamics the distributors, dealers, retailers, end-users, competitors, etc.
Speaks with authority and with high learning agility.
