The HR Business Partner Senior Analyst will provide general human resources support for assigned personnel and / or projects or units, including staffing, retention, orientation, career development, performance management, compensation, employee relations and communications.
Ensures that HR policies and practices are consistent with company standards and are correctly communicated and implemented.
H / She provides guidance and support to resolve supply / demand issues and provides input into resource planning activities.
