The Agent Development Manager will prospect, qualify and close new agents / fleet owners through development of individual pipelines, for CRST Flatbed's agent solutions network to include all types of equipment (flats, vans, etc.
Through support of the company Administrative Assistant, the Agent Development Manager will ensure needed paperwork and set up is complete to ensure a successful agent and / or fleet relationship.
Role Responsibilities :
Success in this role will result in recruiting agents and / or fleet conversions to generate $2.9 million in first 12 months, and generating incremental growth of $3.8 million per year.
Experience and Requirements :
12 months previous experience is highly preferred.
CRST is an EOE
