In charge of training planning (creation of events and sessions) in Learning Management System; Record, close and report training, provide online courses support and maintain custom pages
Provide financial process support (creation of purchase requests, reallocation and / or invoice monitoring) and logistics coordination
Deliver defined services and act as first escalation level for process execution
Cascade information and updates for all Learning processes to the team
Continuously identify potential and self-initiatively improving the existing processes
Graduate of any Bachelor's degree
Minimum of one (1) year relevant experience in learning management / training preferably with a background in using Cornerstone
Must be proficient in MS office tools (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint); Power BI knowledge and Basic Macro is an advantage
Good English communication skills; Flexible and adaptive to changes (Must be able to handle multiple stakeholders simultaneously)
