Purpose & Accountabilities :

Manage the AP Vendor Helpdesk by assigning emails received to appropriate queue depending on Shell legal entity and ensuring timely and accurate resolution of vendor queries through standardized processes at a sustainable cost.

Dimensions :

AP Vendor Helpdesk overall is expected to manage approximately 10,000 Vendor queries a month spanning 30-40 operating units and several ERPs including GSAP, SERP, Blueprint, Legacy SAP, JDE and Sun as well as various languages.
