Job Specifications

  • Will oversee all Desktop Support Engineers at all sites and supervise all IT needs and processes
  • Responsible for the operations delivery, service level attainment, meeting all obligations in different supported accounts, and relationship management with internal and external clients being supported
  • Responsible for the day-to-day management of all IT issues internally and with all IGBS key support groups for service satisfaction.
  • Support in developing new service opportunities and requests for service from JG Summit Business Units
  • Oversee the i-Tech IT Department supervising function

  • With an experience of the following :
  • Monitors and reports on metrics and overall performance
  • Coordinates planned changes with customer service and operations
  • Maintains relationships with business partners and internal clients
  • Manages teams and individual objectives, performance, and development
  • Strong analytical and planning skills
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Excellent decision-making skills
  • Graduate of any computer or IT related course
  • With 1-2 years supervisory / team lead experience
