As part of our growth, your tasks will be :

  • Extracting, checking, adjusting and preparing data for reports; maintaining of existing and development of new reports
  • Monitoring and reporting on CRM pilots and campaign related processes
  • Analyzing operational performance tracking campaign progress, communication channel efficiency, comparing campaign performance to previous results, analyzing gaps in call center and sales network
  • Creating and automating of reports focus on underwriting process and post-approval monitoring
  • Applying theoretical concepts in real-life ->
  • make use of book-like theory in practice, while delivering challenging targets in company that leads the consumer finance market in PH

    You know you are the perfect fit if you are / have :

  • Bachelor’s degree in the field of Mathematics, Statistics, Finance or IT
  • Analytical and problem solving thinking
  • Good English communication skills
  • Ability to structure problem well and co-operate with different departments
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel (pivots, histogram)
  • Willing to learn and participate in team tasks potential to grow into senior role in the future
  • Basic SQL knowledge; able to develop and maintain scripts, procedures, etc.
  • Knowledge of analytical tools (SAS, SPSS, R, KXEN, etc.) is an advantage
  • Experience from relevant position is an advantage
