Description This position will lead a team responsible for the monitoring and management of the eCommerce real-time and order capture transaction flows, error triage & resolution, and coordination / escalation with Business Unit CSR's and / or IT leads when required for data-

rule- related corrections Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations
  • Acts as 2nd level escalation point for issues
  • Monitor transactions between WebSphere Commerce Server and ERP systems
  • Troubleshoot transactional issues between systems
  • Provide data corrections as needed & reprocess orders
  • Monitor overall performance of real-time services & data extract integrations
  • Liaise with IT leads and business users to provide insight and guidance on integration services
  • Provide leadership and guidance to team members
  • Provide performance evaluation
  • Assess training needs of team members and plan for the actual training schedules
  • Prepare and share periodic / ad hoc reports showing useful metrics for tracking effectiveness of operations
  • Any additional task as the need arises
  • Requirements

  • Graduate of 4- or 5-year in Information Technology or IT-related course
  • At least five (5) years solid experience in incident management, escalation, and troubleshooting
  • At least three (3) years solid experience in transaction / data management, preferably with large volume of data
  • At least three (3) years IT leadership experience
  • Knowledge with data structure, relationships, and querying
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with Oracle EBS support a plus
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to explain technical substance to non-technical people
  • Solid troubleshooting skills
  • Time management skills ability to prioritize tasks and disciplined in adhering to tight deadlines
  • Quality conscious (superior attention to details)
  • Excellent organization and reporting skills
  • Problem solving / analytical skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Can work with minimum supervision
