Major Job Duties & Detail
Receive inbound calls and emails from customers and answer questions, as well as question participants to obtain full understanding of what information is being requested.
Educate callers on client processes whenever necessary
Document all calls and emails with regards to caller’s inquiries accurately using Call Tracking System.
Provide quality customer service on every call.
Communicate clearly and effectively with participants
Act with a sense of urgency with high responsibility and reliability
Actively participate in any up-skilling, cross training or cross pooling driven by the account to increase productivity and utilization
Assist and cooperate in initiatives driven by the 1st Line OM
Performs other tasks as required by the business
