Department Overview

Responsible for planning, writing, editing, coordinating and publishing a variety of complex and / or sensitive communications to support the achievement of business goals and maintain / improve the company's image, often in conjunction with other communicators.

Consults with business unit managers to develop communication goals, objectives and plans to best communicate management's position or message.

About the Role

Identify communication opportunities and the design / medium / channels for execution. Analyzes information regarding team member or public opinion and recommends organizational position to management.

  • Position may include responsibility for communications strategy for a large site or small business unit; conducting civic and community relations activities;
  • developing website strategy including look and content; managing moderately complex vendor relationships; serving as designated spokesperson on a variety of issues;
  • and / or providing guidance to less experienced consultants.


  • Extracting or keyboarding content from a scanned JPEG or PDF document, converting it into an MS Powerpoint presentation
  • Provides high-level proofreading ensuring content accuracy
  • Document Branding and Formatting - Alignment of documents or reference materials to the Wells Fargo Branding Guidelines
  • Includes usage of materials, but not limited to, icons, photos, typography, and content alignment
  • Create online materials such as headers, banners, email / invite templates
  • Data Visualization - Creation of an infographic material, aiming to convey an impactful context out of a raw data source
  • Formulation of charts and / or graphic elements through eyeballing data points
  • Improving the overall visual appeal of a document, tailor-fit to the audience’s demographics and / or the user’s requirements
  • Market Skills and Certifications

    Essential Requirements

  • 2+ years of graphic designing experience; 3+ years overall experience
  • Bachelor degree is required
  • Candidate must have skill expertise in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Suite (Indesign, Illustrator, Acrobat and Photoshop)
  • Must have portfolio to present for compilation of projects
  • Above average English communication skills
  • Shift schedule is Midshift 4PM to 1AM MNL time

    Work location : Wells Fargo McKinley West and / or Wells Fargo McKinley, Wells Fargo Drive, McKinley Hill, Fort Bonifacio Taguig City

    Internal only : Interested team members must have at least 12 months tenure in current role and not under current Corrective Action .
