  • Handle tickets supported by clients (emails and ticketing system)
  • Perform investigation and provide resolution. If it is confirmed to be a software bug, file the bug to our software engineering team
  • Follow up on tickets (e.g. follow up with clients if pending for reply, follow up with engineering team if it’s a bug)
  • Testing of resolution before reply to customers then close tickets
  • System performance monitoring (if there is an alert, escalate)

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's / College Degree, any field.
  • Practical experience with different HCM and CRM Platforms (SAP, Zendesk, Zoho, Hubspot, etc.).
  • Working knowledge with different ticketing tools.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Mandaluyong City.
  • Preferably 1-3 years Experienced Employees specializing in Technical & Helpdesk Support or equivalent.
  • Knowledge with SQL is a PLUS!
