Summary of Role

Maxeon Solar is seeking a Sr. Manager to lead the management of HR applications (HR, Legal and Content Management) and related processes for the company.

The person will partner closely with Human Resources, Legal, Audit and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of projects for these applications.

Maxeon Solar is in the midst of establishing as an independent company so this is an opportunity to join an exciting journey.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Oversees a suite of HR information systems including a core corporate HR systems and multiple payroll and time attendance systems in various countries.

Oversees a suite of applications supporting the legal and audit functions of the company.

Oversees the corporate intranet and a handful of content management systems (CMS) covering employee self service as well as workflow management in the factories and in other functions

Evaluate and improve existing business processes / procedures and systems for the purpose of simplification, consolidation and increasing operational efficiency and effectiveness for business

Plan and execute road map for the application portfolio in scope.

Develop plans for integration for newly acquired entities.

Ensure compliance with company policies, country legislation, data privacy and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) controls that pertain to all applicable applications and data.

Minimum Requirements

12+ years of experience including Success Factor (must) plus other HRIS and CMS applications

Process knowledge in HR functions, includingcore HR, payroll, recruiting, onboarding, time and attendance, compensation administration, performance management, learning and development management, talent management

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Engineering / Information Technology. MBA is highly desirable.

Multiple HRIS end-to-end implementations, multiple global roll outs in MNC companies

Hands on experience with requirements gathering, solution design, configurations, testing, post production support and documentation.

Excellent verbal & written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts.

Preferred Requirements

Deep expertise and successful working experience with IT SaaS Providers covering all phases of the systems development lifecycle.

Ability to communicate technical topics to non-technical audiences, excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with senior management

Experience with systems integrated with back office / ERP systems.

Experience with complex real time and batch integration architecture.

Experience working in a global environment with offshore / outsourced resources across multiple time-zones.

Experience in Semiconductor, Solar industry or any manufacturing company is preferred.

Experience in working with a multi-vendor and multi-location projects. Experience with supporting Internal Audit, SOX Audit and GDPR requirements.
