JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS :
A Research Technician position is available immediately in Dr. Zhonghua Gao's Lab at the Penn State University College of Medicine.
The newly renovated lab is located in the Biochemistry and Molecular Biology Department with joint support from the Cancer Institute.
The lab has a broad interest in understanding how chromatin modifications by epigenetic regulators affect mammalian development as well as diseased states, such as autism spectrum disorders and cancer.
Highly motivated individuals willing to conduct bench work aiming to uncover novel biological mechanisms are recommended to apply.
The job responsibilities also include maintaining the routine operation of the lab, such as placing orders of reagents, making stock solutions, etc.
Typically requires :
