Manulife’s Human Resource Operations is seeking for an individual who will demonstrate a superior commitment to meeting customer needs by providing prompt and accurate responses to over 22,000 Canadian and U.

S. based employees and retirees.

  • We are looking for someone with :

  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken). Must have experience working in a call center environment.
  • Exceptional technical capabilities, including computer skills, call-center technologies & intranet navigation. Ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet timelines, handle sensitive and complex information.
  • Good judgment in interpreting and applying HR policies and procedures
  • Nice to Haves :

  • Understanding of Human Resource policies, procedures and tools is an asset
  • On the job you will :

  • Provide exceptional service to our employees and management team by handling telephone and written inquiries with regards to HR policies, programs and HR systems.
  • Responsible for providing prompt and accurate responses in a clear, consistent and professional manner, within established productivity goals and turn-around times.

  • Maintain updated knowledge of Manulife's HR policies, programs and procedures.
  • Identify trends and patterns of client questions or issues, initiate improvement suggestions or escalate to the appropriate person / department, and possibly streamline opportunities for continuous improvement.
