S. based employees and retirees.

We are looking for someone with :
Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken). Must have experience working in a call center environment.
Exceptional technical capabilities, including computer skills, call-center technologies & intranet navigation. Ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet timelines, handle sensitive and complex information.
Good judgment in interpreting and applying HR policies and procedures
Nice to Haves :
Understanding of Human Resource policies, procedures and tools is an asset
On the job you will :
Provide exceptional service to our employees and management team by handling telephone and written inquiries with regards to HR policies, programs and HR systems.
Responsible for providing prompt and accurate responses in a clear, consistent and professional manner, within established productivity goals and turn-around times.
Maintain updated knowledge of Manulife's HR policies, programs and procedures.
Identify trends and patterns of client questions or issues, initiate improvement suggestions or escalate to the appropriate person / department, and possibly streamline opportunities for continuous improvement.
