The Jr. Business Process Analyst assists the Business Process Engineer in the research, critical analysis, review of existing information / workflow system and development of new processes through coordination with the end-users and data gathering.
Supplementary to this role are the tasks of training and executing the final processes, as well as auditing of current implementations.
Essential Functions : Defines and applies a structured process management approach and methodology to build and monitor the Company’s processes and procedures in order to build efficiency and productivity of employees.
Defines technical specifications, coordinates new or improved information, and workflow systems.Identifies and conducts an initial study of areas requiring systems development / enhancements.
Critically analyze the processes to identify gaps or areas to be improved.Simulates and tests process improvementsDocuments and communicates approved system changes and provide necessary training to affected business units, as directed by the Business Process Engineer.
Drafts detailed procedural guidelines and business process memorandumThe design required forms based on the approved processesPrepare process flows and training materialsMonitor implementation of procedures and ensures compliance of users.
Conducts site / business unit visitsResolves and provides functional solutions on concerns / issues of users and elevates when necessary.
Maintains orderliness and cleanliness of the work area to ensure the systematic flow of work.Perform other duties may be assigned from time to time by Business Process Engineer or the General Manager.
Graduate of BS Industrial EngineeringWith at least 6 months work experience as Jr.BPA. Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
Flexible and can work with minimum supervision.Willing to render overtime.Other related task may be assign.
