Responsible for preparing and submitting a completed bid to a prospective client on time and within budget· Works closely with the technical pre sales team and other departments in preparing the proposal to the bid· Handles all sales acquisition · Has excellent knowledge of government bidding processes· Excellent with multitasking and has attention to detail· Generate new leads and acquire new sales· Provide administrative and clerical services in order to ensure effective and efficient operations· Handles a quick response to customer inquiry through telephone calls, mails and messages· Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Excellent in communicating with customers in both English and Tagalog.· Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.· Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Responsible in maintaining, updating and safekeeping of important documents as instructed· Other related duties as needed and required by the Department being supported· Must possess at least a Bachelor’s / College Degree in Business Studies / Administration / Management / IT or equivalent.
Computer Literate, knowledge in Word, Excel, Power Point, PDF etc.· Excellent in written and oral communication· Must possess pleasing personality and eagerness to learn· Must be organized, hardworking and able to handle multi-tasking· At least 2 years of working experience is required for this position· Must have a background with Government bids exposure and can analyze documents.
Must be willing to be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig City· Must be willing to extend long hours when needed.
