Team Lead, Accounts Payable exist for the purpose of managing the daily operations of assigned team and assisting Supervisors and Operations Manager in improving team productivity and efficiency by influencing, motivating and guiding direct reports to their optimum performance.
Main tasks includes handling end to end activities of assigned site / s, training of new staff, mentoring / coaching, initial interview of applicants.
Applies appropriate internal controls, related Sarbanes Oxley policy and Emerson Company Policies and Procedures. In addition, he / she will provide support, as may be required, to the various accounts payable activities in all locations (Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa, Europe, US) served by GFS-Manila.

Accounting Graduate, CPA / ACCA license, an advantage
Job Related Experience :
At least 5 years combined experience in General Accounting with extensive experience in Accounts Payable. At least 6 months of which was in handling people
Specific Knowledge :
