DEVELOP& EXECUTE : Develop local marketunderstanding to help in the development & execution of marketing programs

  • RESEARCH LOCAL MARKET
  • Conductmonthly competitor checks (events, promotions, etc.) & analyze informationon the SMAC Loyalty program

  • ENGAGE LOCAL COMMUNITY
  • Communicatewith relevant entities within the trading area : local market segments, privateoffices, organizations for the development of loyalty programs

  • RECOMMEND & EXECUTE MARKETING PLAN
  • Recommend& execute a comprehensive local store marketing program to support thebusiness objectives of the store

  • PROCESS LOCAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Processthe local implementation requirements of the marketing programs (resizemarketing collaterals received from head office marketing to fit localrequirements, secure permits, etc.)

  • EVALUATE PROJECTS
  • Evaluatethe effectiveness of all marketing activities implemented in the branch interms of sales effect & cost (identify reasons for success or failure)

    Qualifications :

  • Candidate mustpossess at least a Bachelor's / College Degree in Business Studies, Marketing orequivalent
  • At least 3year(s) of working experience in a managerial role is required for thisposition
  • Candidate must bea self-starter, with above average communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to workin a fast paced environment; highly-creative and with collaborative attitude
  • Flexible to beassigned to work schedules supporting the retail operational hours
  • Willing to beassigned in The SM Store ROXAS
