Supah is looking for a Community Lead who will be responsible for all customer engagement via social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Linkedin, Twitter)
Will create programs / content slants to engage users on these platforms
Will create a community of users that actively provide feedback to Supah
Will work with influencers on seeding projects for promotional activities of Supah
Analyze user engagement data - continuous A / B testing of different initiatives, optimizing for engagement
Identify trends in customer interactions and create timely content
Crafting and execute engagement strategies : Responsible for creation of a strong engagement strategy on community platforms via content.
These strategies should be continuously tested and optimized for engagement metrics.
Maintain integrity of brand voice : Ensure that all content strategies follow Supah’s desired brand voice consistently
Expand our network of partner influencers : Build relationships with influencers from different niches, to be tapped for promotional activities of Supah
Bachelors degree preferably with a focus on Communications
At least 3+ years of relevant experience in a social media marketing or communications role
Can do basic data analysis on Excel or Metabase
Can create budget proposals
Digital native - must be very familiar with social media platforms
Goal and results oriented : Track record of success in achieving targets on time in a rapid growth, start-up environment.

Can work independently with minimal supervision : Will be able to translate high-level objectives into his own day-to-day tasks without being spoonfed
Strong communication skills - English and Tagalog, outgoing people person
Resourceful and creative : Can develop creative, innovative ideas for improving operations
Highly detail-oriented : Ensure the quality of all marketing materials and communications; and manage budget
