Recruitment Officer (Technology)
As a Recruitment Officer in Candidate Management you will be tasked with sourcing and recruiting Senior Technology Leadership Management mandates within the Hong Kong Market.
Examples include IT Project Manager, Development Manager, Cloud Architect. Having strong technical domain knowledge is a must.
You will work closely with our Account Management team to understand requirement priorities and execute sourcing strategies, ensuring the required quality and standards are met.
Responsibilities of the Role
Execute the candidate sourcing of key client requirements, by utilising sourcing channels such as advertising, database searches and social media
Work closely with Account Management team on the assignments to get feedback and adjust searches if required
Attend Client meetings with Account Managers
Proactively meet and manage candidates within your market vertical
Manage the candidate process from initial screening throughout the interview and offer process
Manage a portfolio of your own recruitment requirements
Liaise with the Manila based resourcing team to direct requirements around mapping and sourcing and review their work
Get feedback from Account Management team on your work and make constructive decisions around delivery
Attend daily sales meeting over Video Conference and update progress with local Manila team and Hong Kong team
Ensure consistency around the use of CRM system
Requirements of the Role
5+ years recruitment experience
Full understanding of the recruitment lifecycle
Experience working within an agency working on multiple accounts
Expert in candidate sourcing, adverting and use of all recruitment tools
Strong communication skills in English and ability to work international markets
Understanding of latest technology tools, methodologies, and trends (e.g. agile vs waterfall)
Strong candidate interviewing and assessments skills
Team leadership experience and proven ability to develop staff is a plus
Good internal stakeholder management and client engagement skills
Strong understanding of Technology across Infrastructure and Applications (SDLC) is desirable, but not essential
Note : Candidate must be willing to relocate in Hongkong after 3 months
